How long does it normally take a payment to hit your epassporte accounts?

Waiting for 4 payments this week from diferent places.

To be honest, I'm not sure how long it takes, however I can give you some insight to our payments. Yesterday a couple of the epassporte payments were accidentally paid out by check, the checks are being cancelled, and the epassporte payments are being sent out as we speak. We are very sorry about the inconvenience. So if you get an epassporte payment for this period, then you also get a check for it, please just rip up the check, as it has been cancelled.

Paul, same day as the payout day and it's instant transfer unless there is a problem with ePassporte which happens sometimes. I have had all my payments for last period so far with no problem :)

Paulhem I normally get them the same day the different programs do payouts but some delay them for a day for some reason.

Also sometimes there is a glitch so you get the payout twice but they usually reverse the load within a couple of hours :)

has anyone had this happen to them before:

i had roughly $100 in my epassporte, pimproll paid me $1100 this week so i should have about $1200

when i logged in i am only showiong a bit over $800

i looked at my statement and on May 7th i took AUD$500 out the atm. (USD$365.75) which i did.

but during the last couple of days my statement has changed and is showing two $500 withdrawals on may 7th from the same ATM and my available balance had changed to minus $400

i emailed epassporte about 24 hours ago and told them this is impossible, i said how can i go minus $400 and anyway if i took $500 out twice i would be over my daily limit.

what is there support like? this is the first time i have emailed them and i havent heard anything yet.

Did you mail them from your epassporte mail? Once I mailed them and it took them a day to answer.
I also tried calling them and got a quick response I would suggest you called them it seems like a glitch causing the ATM or their system to report the withdrawl multiple times.

Phoning them is best.....i got instant answer to a query.

yeah thanks guys i did ring them.

they did reply to my email, but only a generic resposnse which was really no help at all

Epassporte is definitely the best option.........it rocks!

Also thought i`d mention i ripped up the cheque from the period when it was duplicated with epassporte payment....nearly forgot lol
