Hi, I can't login to my FTP it says "User asianmod may not use FTP"
Please tell me whats going on "pimp4387" FTP username "asianmod"

I sent you an email. Your FTP has been disabled for server mantainance, and willl be back shortly.

Two days and I still can't access my ftp. and I didn't receive any emails from you guys too...

Did you get the email that was sent on 5-26? If not, send an email to freehost@pimproll.com with the issue. You can CC it to tom@pimproll.com if you want. I can see that we're receiving alright, and I'll reply so we'll know if you're receiving as well.
Make sure to use the email account you joined up with.

It could be your DNS. I had to move your account to another server so I had to turn off FTP on the old machine. Can you please do an nslookup or ping
and see what address it resolves to. It should resolv to
Address: 146.82.202.229

If it doesn't your ISP's DNS hasn't updated yet.

I just logged in as you. LMK if you still can't log in.
