Things have been slowing down monthly for the majority of webmasters now for along time my best times as a webmaster was before the 9-11 attacks in new york, ever since sales have been going down monthly up and down but all in all I do alot more work for a lot less money but besides the overall slow down. this week so far is actually one of my better weeks with pimproll. if you aren't already you should promote more then one sponsor I promote at least 25 sponsors some more then others but since the ARS fall I try not to put to many eggs in one basket, one week I do great on a sponsor and for the next week or two I might not make hardley anything don't know if it is due to shaving luck or what but working with more then one sponsor is always good I recomend at least 3-5 sponsors no less

but my pimproll sales so far this week or up so I am happy with sales no slow down here a little last week but it is normal there will be good and bad weeks :pimp:

All my weeks here have been ok so far, and if I could tell by the stats what sites are doing what numbers over time, I would probably be sending more here.

Hey several of the programs I started since I moved from ARS were really good and then fizzled to very bad, so I ain't complaining about results here so far.

I really think with some sponsors, some settings change after you lose your newness there and acquire a lot of links with their stuff. I also now compare with many webmsters who do decent numbers on lots of sponsors.
I make all so I can drop all links any day I want, and fly the coup to better numbers when "The too shitty for Me Ratios" happen. Few programs are good and steady enough to get a good % of traffic to nowdays, but these will always get a hell of a lot more traffic from their webmasters over the long term. That is smart. The short term gainers will fizzle. If tried eventually with enough total uniques overtime, I rarely ever try the same program ever again. No need to there are so many.

Still seems pretty ok here so far, and I found this by people I knew were already doing good here. That's the way to go, much less expensive than testing your traffic blindly or because of the hype on some referring site or board.

I know this might sound like a lame explanation, But I think I can maybe shed a bit of light on things. This week, like last week before it is a time when Pimp Roll is experiencing a good amount of growth. Our overall sales are increasing steadily and have been for some time. To be honest, last week overall we experienced one of our best conversion ratios ever. The thing is, and I have discussed this with several other programs, is that processors tend to notice when a particular company is experiencing a good amount of constant growth, they look at it and say, "hey the transactions on this account keep going up and up, we better take a look at it." so basically, they scrub harder during these times of growth, which means webmasters who have been sending for a long time experience bad periods. We are working on a combatant to this situation which will include a cascading billing solution which will increase sales for both the webmasters and the program. We hope to have this in place shortly after the launch of the new Pimp Roll dot com.

Pimp boy do you have a pop up blocker could be that your pop up blocker is closing the stats window that pop's up if so take the pop up blocker off of pimproll most pop up blockers I use google personally let you chose which sites to allow pop ups

Went from pretty good to absolutely the worst sponsor conversions (outa dozens) Even compared to new ARS sites (where alot of it used to be) Some previous weeks were ok, so I'll see if I can hang if it improves.

When you say overall, what is the most amount of hits sent to 1 individual site? Also what is the type of traffic?

Just mostly text links roughted to niche and sponsor of my choice. Very easy to change. Mostly SE, Ppc and free. Same traffic I feed all the others. Including the one that converted at a ratio 10x better, but of course I'm sending em nearly 10x the traffic as you for that reason. It all works out.

I have found that I sign up for a program and it does ok for the first month, then it seems the honneymoon time is over and the ratio's go sky high. Not just here but every sponsor I sign up with is seeming to do this. I would be happy doing a consistant 1:1000 but 1:6000?

maybe u have alot of repeat visitors. when u have a new sponsor u advertise some fresh sites and everything goes great then it slowly starts to die because all your surfers have seen it before.

build and update its a never ending cycle.
try swapping out easy elder banners for the mature source or shemale angel for tranny realm etc.

I'm sending less here now. Switched some links last night to a new sponsor and got a signup within 5 min. Never know. Did real good here for a while when new, and now just terrible, 2nd week in a row. Went from pretty good to the worst of many by far.
Traffic source is fine, sent 51 signups to one sponsor last week and about 30 in total to a dozen plus others combined. Same stuff comming here, just stopped making money since last week. It's more like weeding a garden to make money nowdays. Sponsors want your traffic of course for as little as possible to generate them money, so if you'll keep letting it go at pitiful ratios, you could be making tons less that what you could have gotten elsewhere. Hope for better by Sunday or time to give up.

how are you promoting? try changing your ads, the site your promoting, your text. If you keep sending a bus load of people to the same place, eventually they will get board and go home, give them a different destination every time and they will keep riding forever!
