Sponsor Hosted Galleries? where?

Hi For the life of me I cannot locate where the hosted galleries are in my members area, when I go to the promotional material all I get is banners, are there any free hosted galleries like it says and where? also does anyone know of a server edition TGP auto submitter which can submitt these sponsor hosted galleries, ty Stuna
