I think the brit swimmers have found a new go fast drug lol

the canadian cycling team were training in my suburb all last week, saw them every time i went out.

oh and paulhem dont talk to an aussie about your crappy swimming team :P

commonwealth ? That's something that only the Brits do understand. But anyway...Alexandre Despastie won some gold medals there in plungeon...This is the only news i got from those games.

the australian men won 1 gold.( the relay)........ the brits won more than a few.

Must admit the aussie women ruled.

The Canadian diver did well lol.......... I hear Arics a good diver!
