How many sites promoting at the same time

First of all, hi to all :wavey:
this is my current promotion strategy:
I run some ebony tgps and send about 1200 uniques to PR every day.
My ratio for this month is 1:3000 (last month was much better).
I send those 1200 visitors not only to one site but to around 20, so every site gets around 60 visitors daily.

Do you think it would be better to focus on one site instead of this distribution of traffic?

It's hard to tell these days. *sigh*

I can always find an excuse for a bad ratio if I want. Holidays, Taxes, Nice weather, Bad weather, having not changed my templates in a month or two... :( Ok the last one is my fault...

Last period I sent twice the traffic I did this period, and my ratio was twice as good last time. Who knows. :S

yesterday I had the best sales day since I promote PR :)
also ratio has become much better: 1:1900
I think I'll stick with the 20 sites I'm promoting now till ratios become worse again...

First I look at all the tours and discard ones that I don't think will convert. Then I send traffic to all the remaining sites for a while, until they've all had enough traffic to be able to compare the conversions for each site meaningfully. Once I know roughly how each site converts on my traffic, I narrow the list of sites I'm sending traffic to right down to the top converters in each niche and focus on sending more traffic to those particular high converting sites.
