Question for PR staff regarding "missing" sales

I signed up for your program and was able to make a few sales over a period of 2 months. However, I am unable to find any of the sales I made listed. (Might be because there are 5 different stats pages, and that's confusing). I also never received any payment, even though my minimum payout has always been set to $50. If I remember correctly, the sales I made were 2 console-free check joins, and one console-free credit card join. Please look into this as soon as you can. Thank you.

your account has generated 2 sales total, you can see this if you look at your previous period stats, 1 check trial, and one no console cc trial, the check trial bounced and the credit card charged his trial back. you have earned $40 total, and we have been carrying it forward since the middle of May when you sent your last sale.

Thank you. I was finally able to find my sales using the "Past Period" link. :) You should move that up a bit higher. It'd also be nice if the period selection window stayed open after you make your selection, so that you'll be able to choose another period without having to click the link again.

And people are allowed to chargeback $1.00 memberships? That's messed up. LOL:eek:
