how long till webmaster signups are open or is the content to be made available to existing AE/PIMPROLL webmasters?

All of the LDD sites are part of Adult Elite now, so if you don't have an AE account, you can go to www.adultelite.com and join up.
All of the free content and other promotional materials are being added.
