sales vs revenue question

Hi, i just joined this program 4 days ago and my stats say I have 23 sales but the revenue says $0. I really don't understand this. Can someone explain why there are sales but no revenue please because i must have missed some information when i registered.

bgc, the guys are all at Internext right now but they do check the boards and I am sure they will look into your problem tomorrow when they get back into the office. We have new stats here and there appear to be a couple problems with it but they are trying to take care of problems as they are notified of them.
