Are they true toplists or admin manipulated toplists?

Many toplists out there are admin manipulated so that their own sites are always at the top no matter if others rightfully belong in top position based on amount of traffic sent?


Anyway, I'll submit some sites & see how it goes.. I could always use more sources of traffic

I can say that they are true. Owner is wellknown on russian boards, he deals with many other toplists, may be even professional :) I have some FS in his toplists and never saw manipulations.
