Problem at the white label creator.

I just tired to make a new white label site, but I couldn't.
I got two error messages on header:
Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$wlabel_id in /usr/local/www/stats.pimproll.com/mobile.php on line 89

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$logo in /usr/local/www/stats.pimproll.com/mobile.php on line 154

and in same time:
* You must enter a whitelabel name

Another problem, I can't see the "White Label" menü in "Promo Center" menu. It shows up if I click the WL banner.
