epass and makebank?

Hello, I have found that there is no epass possibility, why?
can I get my cash on epass or makebank doesn't offer this method?

we allow people to switch over to epass on a case by case basis. You will need to contact our accounting department and send over a piece of government issued photo id along with your Make Bank account number, the name on the account, as well as the information in your epassporte account (name, address, city, state, country, zip code).

Is there a reason for this? I've been getting my payments up until recently by epassporte and then it suddenly switched to mail. My AE and PR payments are still epass, though, so I'm not sure why the switch.
