What converts best for you: consoles or no consoles

I havent had luck the past week(s) (total webmail box crashed) and finally the past couple a days im submitting again. But my conversion ratio is a lot less then a while ago.
I was wondering what gives you better conversions, with popups (what ive got now) or without? Because i just checked a link with my code, and theres not 1 (i thought you had 1 pop up in the past or am i wrong?) but every time you click away the popup screen another opens and this goes on for like 10 times or something. I think this is pretty irritating and i bet the surfers think so too (if it was 1 in the past: please change it to how it was!).
So thats why my question for my fellow pimps: whats going better for you, with or without consoles?

I haven't noticed that I normally get better conversions with no pop ups but with pimproll's one pop up I was doing pretty good but if they changed and added a bunch of chain pop ups then that would explain the conversion rates going down and sales basically stoping , I think if popups have been added we should all have been notified of a change and givin time to change back to no popups which will get alot of people banned for changing thier galleries , I think pop ups should be taken back to 1 if they were changed also other wise this is going to cause alot of problems for a lot of people, alot of sites will black list you or just not accept your galery f you promote a site with multiple popups

I just clicked on a link to see if it is giving me pop ups and I am getting erors

Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2): INSERT INTO cm_tempdata.tempraw1 VALUES (UNIX_TIMESTAMP

I wounder is this what is making the sales go down cuase I know I would not pay for a member ship to a site that brought up erorrs from the first page

and when I closed the pop up screen I also got more pop ups this looks really bad

also the servers seem to be running real slow at this moment taking forever to load a tour not sure if it has something to do with the mysql erorrs I am getting or what but speed is another thing I look at if I am going to buy a membership to a site


Also I notice only the first pop up has our links in them the rest are pimprolls with other sponsors


I counted 4 pop ups from one site more then enough to get me banned on alot of TGP's and kinda piss's me off cuase I have thease links on my own TGP's and I only allow no pop up links normally with the exception of pimproll becuase it only had one pop up with my links in it

I really hope you guys switch back to one pop up with our links or even one pop up with half and half links but switching to chain pop ups and only the first having our links with out giving us notice oe tiem to change is really a bad deal

Pop up chain is the same as always.

We also have a console free program if you do not want consoles.

Strange I seem to rember there only being one pop up when I joined and when I first started puting up counsil tours I only rember 1 counsil seems I am not the only one that rembers thier only being ones pop up and not a chain but anyways to late now if I change the codes the tgp's that are accepting the galleries will blacklist for changing the pages

looks like another bad week here at pimproll really hope stuff starts turning around

and I was told a few times you guys were working on a host for us that would be out soon is that still going to happen

yeah, at first there was 1 popup, i remember that too... anyway whats done its done, this month i'll still try galleries with consoles to check if the conversions stay this way, if it does ill think i change to no consoles. I hope it goes well with consoles tho

I don't remember this many popups either when I joined but as long as it doesn't keep growing like MC and PB.

Ok guys, we have had the same consoles forever.

Console 1 sends to PimpRoll, console #2 is our trade with SilverCash, console #3 is with QuickBuck and Console #4 use to point to SexGP.com, now goes to ARS.

What is the problem here? We are not trying to lie to you.

Also note the heavy use of POP Up Blockers.

Our exit console revenue has taken a huge dip because of this, but our retention is still high so we can still afford to payout $40 per join.

But again that is why we offer the console free option.

If you do some research you will find that our 4 consoles which have been the same since day 1 is way less then what the competition is throwing at surfers.

This is incorrect.

Pimp Roll has popped the same amount of consoles for over 10 months now, nothing has changed, except for the consoles themselves, meaning the designs have changed, and the programs we send to have changed. THERE IS NO MORE CONSOLES NOW THAN THERE USED TO BE.

If you ever only got 1 console, that is because you closed the console before it fully finished loading, thus it hadn't initiated the code that pops the second console.

Below I will explain exactly how our console chain works, but before I do, take a look around at other programs and see what they do. I have always been proud of the fact that PimpRoll uses one of the least intrusive console chains of any program. Many people out there pop a pop over on entrance to a site and steal traffic from their webmasters, most programs use an initial pop-over, which steals traffic from the webmaster, we do none of this, our first console is a entrance pop-under, it pops behind the tour, so your traffic only sees the tour until they close window, then when they close the window, they see our pop-under, which gives you the webmaster credit for the sales! If they close this window a second window pops, then a third, then a forth. This is how it has always worked. Should a surfer be quick enough to close the window before the console finishes loading, then the next one will not pop. If you have only seen one pop in the past, this is why, you closed the window before it finished loading.

Well I am not going to say that it isn't true that there hasn't been 4 pop ups all along I mean you guys should know what your doing here but I will say that when I started switching to pop up tours I checked a few sites that I promote the most and I let the pages load and I opened up the code to see if all the links on the pages were mine now when I closed the window I never fgot a second pop up much less a third or a fourth this could have been an error with your pop up system in the past but seeing that others rember less pop ups there must have been errors like this for some time in any case sales are way down , hopefully this starts to change

and I was never answered on the free hosting is that still in the works or is that off the table completly

Free hosting is being set up, I don't have a definate date, but it shouldn't take too long.

Actually no, there is a banner spot on the last console that goes to the webmaster and links on the middle consoles are being added with credit going tothe webmaster as well.

Besides, you should know that we get credit for many of the links, don't you think there is a reason that we can pay $15 per signup more for those sending to a tour with consoles? this is why! If you don't like the pop-ups, promote the no-popup tours for $25 per join, if you want to make $40 per join, you have to accept the fact that we have to be able to make $40 per join in order to pay you that much!

Phil, I am not against consoles and do not use no console links unless there is a big ass chain of popups, I do make a good money off of consoles with other sponsors but when it passes 3 or 4 then I move elsewhere. I know that's how you make some profit and more power to you but when the ratio of your links/trades are by far more than webmasters then I might say some people will have problems. And btw about the number of consoles, I DO NOT say you guys lie but when I joined there WERE NOT 4 of them. System error or coding issue? maybe but I never saw as many as there are now. As I said I have no problem with 4 of them as long as I have good opportunity to make money from them too.

I like the consoles.....

I do only gay sites.......but not all of PR`s gay sites.

I get a lot of hits to girlie sites and gay sites i dont push from the consoles and a couple of sales from them - which for exit traffic is a pretty good .
