I need a surround system for my bedroom, but don't want speakers all over! I found out that a few companies are making sound bars now that are supposed to create a surround atmosphere from only one speaker, but I don't really believe the hype. Just wondering if anyone has listened to these or has experience with them, I don't mean a chead RCA or Phillips either, you can get one of those for like $200 and I am sure they suck, but I am looking at this Yamaha:

it's $1100 Canadian at Future Shop, and has 1 woofer and 22 mid ranges in it

any info would be appreciated
