Refferal programs, link "friends" etc etc..

Do you guys ever had any problems with other link refferal programs such as pimproll? Or sites and other kinds of partners who seems to scam for a living.. we should make some sort of list of sites to ignore.
think it would be helpful especially for noobies like me.

Much like the War in Iraq, this is a subject that people have many strong opinions about, but don't see much point in talking about...

Why not give the heads up on things to help people out on what sites to ignore or be warned about? I'm sure there's alot of pros here who could give a tip or two.
