REQ for a new LiveCams linking option.

Could you guys please add in the option to link to a specific cam models profile... Since it's just an mtree/streamate whitelabel, I'd rather send you guys the traffic that I send them by linking to model profiles.

specific model would be a waste of time wouldn't it? How often does a model work? You going to send traffic to a model who isn't there?

You can still do this by linking right to their page, but it becomes a bit of a risk if you do it this way because if we do any updates you could lose the link in the process. If you pick niche instead it is much safer with that regard as we always honour old link codes.

When you have a model directory, linking to the models cam page gets signups even if she isn't there.

Having a webcam directory that lists the cam models converts better when you link to the model page.. And since I "scrape" the cam site to see who's online and who isn't, I use that as well.

I also have places where I have promos for specific models, use whether they're live or not, and link to their profile page.

Guess I'll just keep sending that traffic to streamate then.

If you want to link to the models and risk losing the link go for it... we have webmasters who do this anyway and don't seem to have issues. I just felt it necessary to disclose the risks. Would be wrong not to wouldn't it?

We are currently revamping our cams set up so this will change in the near future.
